Being active all my life, I started dance, thanks to my Grandmother, who signed me up for ballet at age 7.

With my strong love & passion for dance, I knew that my next step was to teach.

At age 14, I assisted my ballet teacher and 4 years later, i had classes

of my own. At age 22, i attended and received my teaching certificate

with The Royal Academy of Dancing, UK. 

At that same period, I grew interest in the fitness/gym world, seeing how the training would compliment my dance. i decided to complete my instructor's training with Clark Hatch USA and started training and teaching fitness classes. 

 

In 2003, I was introduced to Yoga. I fell in love with the different styles of yoga and loving all the

benefits from each practice.

 In Feb 2009, I attended my 200hours teachers training with Patrick Creelman at Pure Yoga Singapore. Since then, with continuous training from workshops and practice with other great teachers..    

We all have struggles and challenges in our lives, but i believe with regular practice,

it will give you more energy and a better quality of life.

As i have practice different styles of yoga, dance and fitness, I have been able to actively share tips and knowledge, train and help instructors and people of all walks of life to love, explore, deepen their practice

and to have fun whilst doing it.

Music is always a part of my class and I believe in myself

and know that I can help any individual in their practice.
